Summary
This agreement transfers all property, funds, debts, and budget from the Secretariats of Industry and Commerce and Tourism to the new Secretariat of Economic Development, following the merger of both entities. Considerations
That the President of the Republic has charge of the supreme direction and coordination of the centralized and decentralized Public Administration.
That the Secretariat of State in the Office of Industry and Commerce, and the Secretariat of State in the Office of Tourism, were merged by Legislative Decree number 266-2013 published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" on January 23, 2014, forming what is now the Secretariat of State in the Office of Economic Development.
That the President may reassign by Executive Decree the assets assigned to the entities, all assets, liabilities and the budgetary execution of the organs or departments of the Public Administration that are eliminated.

Que los bienes, los activos, pasivos y la ejecución presupuestaria, que anteriormente estaban adscritos a las Desaparecidas Secretarías de Estado en los Despachos de Industria y Comercio, y la Secretaría de Estado en el Despacho de Turismo o de cualquier otra dependencia que se incorpore o adhiera o fusione, sean reasignados a la ahora Secretaría de Estado en el Despacho de Desarrollo Económico, debiendo hacer el respectivo inventario de bienes.
Notificar dicha reasignación a la Secretaría d Estado en el Despacho de Finanzas y a la Dirección General de Bienes Nacionales.
El presente acuerdo es de efecto inmediato y deberá publicarse en el Diario Oficial "La Gaceta". Dado en Casa Presidencial, a los tres días del mes de marzo de año dos mil catorce.
