This is an educational estimate, not a binding calculation. Your employer keeps the official record of your taken and pending vacation.
Applies to an ordinary indefinite-term private-sector employment contract. It does not cover domestic work, agricultural work, or the public sector.
Legal scale (Art. 346, Código del Trabajo)
- Year 1: 10 days
- Year 2: 12 days
- Year 3: 15 days
- Year 4+: 20 days
