El infrascrito, Secretario Adjunto del Juzgado de Letras de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en aplicación del artículo cincuenta (50) de la Ley de esta jurisdicción y para los efectos legales correspondientes, HACE SABER: Que en fecha cinco (05) de enero del año dos mil veintiséis (2026), compareció ante este Juzgado la ciudadana; ELSY GEANINA GODOY VARELA, incoando demanda con orden de ingreso 0801-2026-00005 vía procedimiento en materia ordinaria contra el Estado de Honduras a través de la SECRETARÍA DE SALUD para la nulidad de un acto administrativo, que se declare la ilegalidad del acto y la nulidad del mismo, que se reconozca la situación jurídica individualizada, y como medida necesaria para el restablecimiento de mi derecho la reasignación de puesto de Auxiliar de Contabilidad al puesto de Administrador de Hospital I por haber sido reasignado el puesto en cuestión.- Reajuste de salarios dejados de percibir desde la fecha en que se solicitó dicha reasignación de puesto.- Se acompañan documentos.- Costas.- Se confiere poder.
