Summary
This agreement appoints three citizens to form an Interventional Commission to manage and oversee the University Teaching Hospital. The appointees must swear in and declare their assets to authorities, remaining in office based on government performance evaluations.
Considerations
To appoint the Intervention Commission of the University Teaching Hospital (HEU), which is composed of the following citizens: CARMEN SUYAPA MOLINA MARTÍNEZ who presides, EDILBERTO ENRIQUE ORTIZ CANALES and JOSÉ ARMANDO RAMÍREZ MEJÍA. The Intervention Commission shall have the powers established by the General Law of Public Administration.
The appointees shall take possession of their office immediately after taking the promise of law and the oath established in the second paragraph of article 33 of the Code of Ethical Conduct of Public Officials and presenting their Sworn Declaration of Assets before the Superior Court of Accounts. Permanence in office is subject to evaluation by results in the terms established by the Presidency of the Republic.
This Agreement is effective as of its date and must be published in "La Gaceta" the Official Gazette of the Republic. BE ADVISED AND PUBLISHED. Given in the city of Tegucigalpa, municipality of the Central District, on the third (03) day of the month of June of the year two thousand nineteen (2019). Nombrar la Comisión Interventora del Hospital Escuela Universitario (HEU), la cual está integrada por los ciudadanos: CARMEN SUYAPA MOLINA MARTÍNEZ quien preside, EDILBERTO ENRIQUE ORTIZ CANALES y JOSÉ ARMANDO RAMÍREZ MEJÍA. La Comisión Interventora tendrá las atribuciones que establece la Ley General de la Administración Pública.
Los nombrados tomarán posesión de su cargo inmediatamente después que preste la promesa de ley y el juramento que establece el segundo párrafo del artículo 33 del Código de Conducta Ética del Servidor Público y presente su Declaración Jurada de Bienes ante el Tribunal Superior de Cuentas. La permanencia en el cargo está sujeta a evaluación por resultados en los términos establecidos por la Presidencia de la República.
El presente Acuerdo es efectivo a partir de su fecha y debe publicarse en "La Gaceta" el Diario Oficial de la República. COMUNÍQUESE Y PUBLÍQUESE.
