AVISO DE LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA NACIONAL REPÚBLICA DE HONDURAS Secretaría de Salud/Unidad Administradora de Fondos de Cooperación Externa (UAFCE) Licitación Pública Nacional Nº. LPN-UAFCE-EUROSAN-007-2026-SESAL “ADQUISICIÓN DE 903 CUBETAS DE PINTURA Y ACCESORIOS PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO DE PAREDES INTERIORES DEL HOSPITAL ESCUELA Y HOSPITAL DR. MARIO CATARINO RIVAS, AÑO 2026”. La Secretaría de Estado en el Despacho de Salud, a través de la Unidad Administradora de Fondos de Cooperación Externa (UAFCE), invita a las empresas interesadas en participar en la Licitación Pública Nacional No. LPN- UAFCE-EUROSAN-007-2026-SESAL a presentar ofertas selladas para la “ADQUISICIÓN DE 903 CUBETAS DE PINTURA Y ACCESORIOS PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO DE PAREDES INTERIORES DEL HOSPITAL ESCUELA Y HOSPITAL DR. MARIO CATARINO RIVAS, AÑO 2026”.

El Financiamiento para la realización del presente proceso proviene de Fondos de Donación de La Unión Europea (Programa EUROSAN Del).

La Licitación se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Licitación Pública Nacional (LPN), establecidos en la Ley de Contratación del Estado y su Reglamento.

Los interesados podrán adquirir los pliegos de condiciones en el Sistema de Información de Contratación y Adquisiciones del Estado de Honduras, “HonduCompras”, (www.honducompras.gob.hn); y, si desean participar en la licitación enviar una carta de interés adjunto con el recibo TGR1 por quinientos lempiras exactos (L.500.00), Institución: Secretaría de Salud, Rubro: 12121 - Emisión de Constancias, Certificaciones y Otros Emisión (Pago No reembolsable) al correo electrónico: uafceadquisiciones@gmail.com o en físico a la Coordinación de Adquisiciones de la Unidad Administradora de Fondos de Cooperación Externa (UAFCE); Centro Cívico Gubernamental, Torre 1, piso 22, oficinas de la UAFCE en un horario de 08:30 a.m. a 03:30 p.m.

El Pliego de Condiciones estará disponible a partir del LUNES treinta y uno (31) de agosto del año 2026.

Las ofertas deberán presentarse en la siguiente dirección: Centro Cívico Gubernamental, Oficinas de la UAFCE, Torre 1, piso 22 en el área de Recepción, a más tardar a las 10:00 a.m., del día MIÉRCOLES catorce (14) de OCTUBRE de 2026. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas. Las ofertas se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los Oferentes que deseen asistir en la dirección indicada, a las 10:15 a.m. del mismo día, MIÉRCOLES catorce (14) de OCTUBRE de 2026. Todas las ofertas deberán estar acompañadas de una Garantía de Mantenimiento de la Oferta por el valor y la forma establecidos en los documentos de la licitación.
