Installation of Generator & ATS

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for installation of Generator & ATS. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the complete Request for Quotation at the following internet address https://th.usembassy.gov/embassy-solicitations/.

Look for RFQ #19H080230Q022 Installation of Generator & ATS. Quotations are due on or before 10:00 am on June 16, 2023. Quotations received after this deadline will be declined and may not be considered.

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the documents, and submit in your response electronically to bagbe@state.gov. Files size must not exceed 30MB. If this is the case, send attachments in separate e-mails with less than 30MB each. The subject of the email should read "RFQ Number 19H080230Q022 Installation of Generator & ATS."

The contractor must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) and shall include copy of the required insurance certificate before the contract is awarded.
