La infrascrita, Encargada de la Secretaria General de la Secretaría de Estado en el Despacho de Desarrollo Económico, CERTIFICA: La LICENCIA EN LA MODALIDAD DE DISTRIBUIDOR, otorgada mediante Resolución Número 371-2026 de fecha diez de julio del año 2026, que en su resolutivo LITERALMENTE DICE PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de LICENCIA EN LA MODALIDAD DE DISTRIBUIDOR, presentada por la Abogada SANDRA JOSELINE BARAHONA RIVERA, inscrita en el Colegio de Abogados de Honduras, con Número de Colegiación 17462, actuando en su condición de Apoderada Legal de la Sociedad Mercantil denominada DROGUERÍA FARSIMAN, S. DE R.L., con número de RTN: 08019999409146, con domicilio legal en Complejo de Bodegas Diamond Steel, en Boulevard Kuwait, entrada a Residencial Las Vegas, en la Ciudad de Tegucigalpa, Municipio del Distrito Central, SEGUNDO: Otorgar la Licencia en la MODALIDAD DE DISTRIBUIDOR, a favor de la Sociedad Mercantil DROGUERÍA FARSIMAN, S. DE R.L., como concesionaria de la BAYER, S.A., de nacionalidad panameña, para que pueda Comercializar, Importar, Distribuir, Licitar los siguientes productos: a) ULTRAVIST 370, b) ULTRAVIST 300, c) GADOVIST, d) PRIMOVIST 0.25 MM0L/ML SOLUCIÓN INYECTABLE, con jurisdicción en la República de Honduras, como distribuidor NO EXCLUSIVO, por tiempo DEFINIDO, hasta el 17 de marzo del año 2027. Esta certificación no surtirá efecto legal alguno, si la misma no es publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta y registrada en la Dirección General de Sectores Productivos de esta Secretaría de Estado.
