Summary
This certification corrects a previous resolution to authorize SISTEMAS TELEMATICOS (SISTEL) as the exclusive representative of Canadian company Sangoma Technologies throughout Honduras. SISTEL can sell and provide technical support for Sangoma products (IP phone systems, videoconferencing, and related equipment) indefinitely. The authorization is valid only if published in La Gaceta.

SECRETARÍA DE ESTADO EN EL DESPACHO DE DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO CERTIFICACIÓN El infrascrito, Secretario General de la Secretaría de Estado en el Despacho de Desarrollo Económico, CERTIFICA: La RESOLUCIÓN No. 392-2026 DE FECHA VEINTIDÓS DE JULIO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTISÉIS, que en su resolutivo LITERALMENTE DICE: PRIMERO: Declarar CON LUGAR la solicitud de RECTIFICACIÓN DE OFICIO DE LA RESOLUCIÓN No. 013-2024 DE FECHA 09 DE ENERO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTICUATRO, emitida por esta Secretaría de Estado a favor de la Sociedad Mercantil SISTEMAS TELEMATICOS (SISTEL), contentivo a solicitud de LICENCIA EN LA MODALIDAD DE REPRESENTANTE EXCLUSIVO, que corre agregado al expediente 2023-SE-3035 de fecha 01 de diciembre del 2023. SEGUNDO: Autorizar la modificación de la redacción de la Resolución No. 013-2024 de fecha 09 de enero del año 2024 en el resuelve SEGUNDO el cual deberá de leerse: "SEGUNDO: Conceder a la Sociedad Mercantil SISTEMAS TELEMATICOS (SISTEL), como concesionaria de la empresa concedente SANGOMA TECHNOLOGIES, de nacionalidad canadiense, como REPRESENTANTE de forma EXCLUSIVA, por tiempo INDEFINIDO, con jurisdicción en TODO EL TERRITORIO DE LA REPÚBLICA DE HONDURAS, para vender y proporcionar asistencia técnica a la familia de productos SANGOMA: Asterisk, FreePBX, PBXAct; Switchvox; Sangoma Meet (Vídeo Conferencias); Equipo Sangoma (Teléfonos IP, Gateways VOIP, Tarjetas de Telefonía, SBC entre otros). Esta certificación no surtirá efecto legal alguno, si la misma no es publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta y registrada en la Dirección General de Sectores Productivos de esta Secretaría de Estado.
