Summary
The General Intellectual Property Directorate enables an online service for intellectual property rights holders and the public to request searches of registration records via email. Applicants must submit a form, proof of payment, and one request per email, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, receiving results in PDF format.

DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL COMUNICADO # 3 La Dirección General de Propiedad Intelectual adscrita al Instituto de la Propiedad, por este medio COMUNICA: A TODOS LOS TITULARES DE DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL, REPRESENTANTES Y/O APODERADOS LEGALES y AL PÚBLICO EN GENERAL lo siguiente: En aras de satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios, se ha determinado que a partir del día de hoy miércoles 10 de junio de 2020, estará habilitada por medios electrónicos las SOLICITUDES DE BUSQUEDAS DE ANTECEDENTES REGISTRALES las que pueden ser enviadas en un horario de 8:00 am a 4:00 pm, de lunes a viernes, a los siguientes correos electrónicos; Las solicitudes deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Asunto: SOLICITUD DE BUSQUEDA DE ANTECEDENTES

Adjuntar formulario de solicitud de búsqueda
- 3)
Adjuntar el recibo de pago.
- 4)
Remitir una solicitud por cada correo electrónico. Posteriormente se le enviará contestación informando sobre los resultados de la búsqueda realizada y adjuntaremos al correo un documento en formato PDF. Tegucigalpa, M.D.C.
