Summary
This errata notice corrects errors in previously published cadastral service fees. The Property Institute rectifies two amounts in the fee schedule for regional property surveys: changing L. 3,029 to L. 6,029 and L. 0,633 to L. 10,633. This affects people requesting these services.
Considerations
That in exercise of the faculties vested in it and in application of Articles 245 attribution 11) of the Constitution of the Republic; 119 of the General Law of Public Administration, 44 numeral 5 of the Regulations on Organization, Functioning and Competence of the Executive Power.
That in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Law, competence may be delegated from a superior body to an inferior body in certain matters.
That by means of Ministerial Agreement No. 633-A-2007 dated October 28, 2007, the Secretary in the Departments of Governance and Justice delegated to the Departmental Governors the authority to issue agreements dispensing with the publication of edicts for contracting marriage. AGREES: FIRST: To dispense with the publication of Edicts for contracting civil marriage to the following persons.
