Considerations

Poder Legislativo RESOLUCIÓN No. 003-2023-JD/CN RESOLUCIÓN No. 003-2023-JD/CN. LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA DEL CONGRESO NACIONAL, A LOS TREINTA Y UN (31) DÍAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTITRÉS (2023).- Reunidos en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, municipio del Distrito Central, en el Salón de Retratos del Congreso Nacional, para emitir Resolución para designar e instalar la Comisión Permanente que sesionará durante el receso legislativo a partir del uno (01) de noviembre del presente año.- CONSIDERANDO: Que conforme a la Constitución de la República “La directiva del Congreso Nacional, antes de clausurar sus sesiones, designará de su seno, nueve (9) miembros propietarios y sus respectivos suplentes quienes formarán la Comisión Permanente en receso del Congreso Nacional”.- CONSIDERANDO: Que la Junta Directiva del Congreso Nacional es el Órgano máximo de dirección ejecutiva del Poder Legislativo, teniendo como atribución nombrar a los miembros de la Comisión Permanente.- CONSIDERANDO: Que conforme a la Constitución de la República “el Poder Legislativo se reunirá en sesiones ordinarias en la capital de la República el veinticinco de enero de cada año, sin necesidad de convocatoria, y clausurará sus sesiones el treinta y uno de octubre del mismo año…” CONSIDERANDO: Que conforme el artículo 25 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Legislativo la Comisión Permanente es el órgano del Congreso Nacional que, durante los recesos de este, ejerce las funciones y atribuciones que le señala la Constitución de la República y la presente Ley.- CONSIDERANDO: Que conforme el Artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Legislativo “Una vez terminada las sesiones del Congreso Nacional, la Comisión Permanente se debe reunir dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes de la última sesión, la cual está integrada por el Presidente del Congreso Nacional, un Vicepresidente, el Primer Secretario y miembros propietarios y alternos.”.- POR TANTO: La Junta Directiva del Congreso Nacional, en el uso de las facultades de que está investida y fundamentada en los artículos 207 de la Constitución de la República y 21 numeral 2 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Legislativo. RESUELVE: PRIMERO: Designar e instalar la Comisión Permanente del Congreso Nacional, que será el órgano que ejercerá las funciones y atribuciones que le señala la Constitución de la República y la presente Ley.
