Decreto 153 2010 Reforma Ley Privacion de Dominio
Esta ley reforma la Ley de Privación de Bienes de Origen Ilícito para permitir que el Estado incaute y distribuya bienes robados, drogas, armas y dinero obtenido ilegalmente. Los bienes incautados se usan para financiar programas sociales, seguridad y protección de víctimas, beneficiando principalmente a instituciones de justicia, municipios y poblaciones vulnerables.
